the friendly neighborhood unicorn

so there are these constructions guys who have been building

a balcony on the neighbor's apartment. we are leaving them

this note. ha! take that morning disrupters!!

the friendly neighborhood unicorn

so this car parked HORRIBLY - so we left them a note.

we're pretty excited about this note. so we are sharing.

think the friendly neighborhood unicorn will strike again,

not always spreading parking tips but good cheer and smiles!

{see! look how bad that is. i believe the line is there as a guide,

not a "dont touch or come close" marker}
